Farmers and slaves carried heavy loads and spent most of their day bowing down. Because technology was not always available to the masses, people had to do practically everything the hard way. They had to walk for miles just to buy an item in the local market and had to carry all their purchases on their backs after. </p>
<p>Today, when things should have gotten better, another set of reasons arose. People just spend too much time hunched right in front of their computers. They have to buy all their needs, and though transportation is available, the bags are heavier because of the longer list of needs. Not to mention the diets! The daily fare usually includes foods with more sugar and fat in them. These things change the body?s makeup by lessening the strength while increasing the person?s weight. And because the average lifespan of a person has increased, this simply means that you have more chances of ruining your posture.</p>
<p>Just get the glimpse of its end result in a community center for seniors. Most of the older generation use canes, walkers, and wheelchairs to get from point A to point B. Obviously, the abundance of chronic pain doesn&#8217;t help in the general mood. But then again, who can blame them? It?s difficult to remain pleasant when you are in constant pain. </p>

After a day of work and childcare, most women prefer to spend their free time with family and friends, relaxing, and taking a breather. Although this in no way claims that men get the better deal in life, research has shown that women tend to have a harder time managing to exercise on a regular basis.</p>
<p>Women benefit greatly from exercise. When done regularly, they lower their estrogen levels, reduce body fat, and produce a healthier body mass index. When all these factors are combined, women can significantly reduce their risk of breast cancer and other weight-related diseases. </p>
<p>As women age and go through the process of child-rearing, their bodies pay the price. Their bellies bulge more and their arms get flabbier. Pregnancy, as beautiful as it is, makes a great impact on the woman?s physicality. As they age, they may want to get the pre-pregnancy body that they once enjoyed. They work on their abs and tirelessly do stomach crunches during their free time. However, squeezing in some me-time may not be as easy as it sounds. Thus, they forget their resolution. </p>

<p>5.	Do your routine regularly. Divide your time and you will see that when you add it up, you get what you want without trying too hard.</p>

If you want to remain physically and mentally strong so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest, you have to work at it. Health is not something that you can just forget about. </p>
<p>By the time you reach your 30&#8217;s, you gradually lose muscle tissue. You have to maintain the strength of your muscles because you lose it at the rate of one half pound per year until age 50. After that, the rate doubles. Because the muscles are attached to the bones, it will be like a domino effect on your body. Your bones weaken as well. As this happens, you will experience difficulty in moving. The decline continues, and when you don?t do anything about it, you will see your health go on a downward spiral.</p>
<p>This loss of muscle tissue can be very critical to your daily life because you will not be able to manage even the simplest of tasks. Walking can even become a burden. Would you want to be the kind of older person who depends entirely on others? I would assume not! And when you lose some of your muscle tissue, your metabolism lowers as well. Could this be a result of the hormonal changes associated with the process of menopause? Yes, there is a strong likelihood for most women to put on weight as they go through menopause. <p>You, however, need not have to necessarily accept weight as an inevitable fact. The first thing you should know is that menopause fat is somewhat of a misnomer. It just so happens that your weight gain has coincided with your menopausal period. Just take into consideration your metabolism because as you grow old, your metabolism declines. But menopausal women are not doomed to being fat for the remaining part of their lives. A simple walking routine done three to four times a week greatly helps. Lifestyle choices are an even more important determinant to weight gain, and this holds true for men as well. You can always influence your progression through menopause in order to avoid some of the potential negative side effects. You should be in total control of your body, just know that you have enough willpower in you to make this possible.</p>
<p>Those extra pounds you gain during pre-menopause will in fact go away once you get past menopause. If you lead a healthy lifestyle, this can actually come even sooner.</p>

They are able to somehow slow down aging and make the person feel as healthy and attractive as they were in their younger days.</p>
<p>Scientists have discovered that there is actually no single identifiable gene in our body that is programmed to age us. In fact, if we were to compare the lifespan of people from the previous century, we actually have the longer end of the rope. However, there are also some recent experiments on ancient human skeletons that show humans living way over a hundred years old. People no longer hold usual prejudices when they see a man wanting to look younger. Years back, men often just thought of aging as something they should accept and welcome. In fact, many compared themselves to wine: the older they are, the better they become. To men, the lines and wrinkle on their skin are supposed to make them look wiser and more distinguished. Of course, this belief no longer holds water. In fact, people have gained newfound respect for men who want to take care of themselves.</p>
<p>The first thing men need to realize is that their aging process is greatly determined by their past actions. If you happen to be a man in his prime, this advice may be worth its weight in gold. The earlier you drop the habits, the better your chances of stopping premature aging.</p>
